From the Porch Concert

Revive your spirit this with an evening of live music performed by the Ballard Chamber Collective!

The newly-formed collective consist of professional musicians Ari Isaacman Beck, violin; Jaroslaw Lis, violin; Nicholas Borghoff, viola; and Ignacy Gaydamovich, cello. Over the summer, they created a series of chamber music for the community on Ballard Drive in West Hartford, where both violinists live, which has quickly grown in both popularity and recognition.

This program includes selections from some of the world’s most celebrated composers: Franz Joseph Haydn’s Quartet in G Minor op.74 No.3 “Rider,” and Franz Schubert’s Quartet No. 13 in A Minor D 804, Op. 29 “Rosamunde.”
